Jennifer Ward

I grew up on beaches, in dance studios, & on stages. I never really stayed in one place for too long after High School. I am a traveler who loves to explore and try new things. I love with my whole heart don’t take this life for granted. I am an analyzer and a thinker, but spontaneous and intuitive at the same time. I take each relationship and experience I have and I learn the most I can from them. I am always growing and evolving and I believe that those things should never stop.

I believe that fitness and health will bring more happiness and freedom to humanity; & that a healthy body and focused mind are interconnected. I believe that healing happens from a place of love and that creative expression is the most important outlet a human being can have.
